The BASICS

This book and now video series is a spiritual growth resource for anyone wanting to have a general or "basic" understanding of some fundamental teachings on popular spiritual/biblical/church topics. While good for individuals some churches have used this in seminars for teaching the newly saved or reinforcing topics for their teachers. Other churches have used it for their young adults in Jr/Sr youth and college groups to begin a firmer grounding. (more description on book link)

Building the Church - Inside Out

NEWLY REVISED and UPDATED with more material than before. This is an update of Building the Church When You Already Have the Building. The emphasis is more on knowing how to get your congregation to know what A church is and what THE church is. The goal of this revision is to get people IN the church to go OUT of the church and do what they are suppose to do and reach their community.

Leadership Training

Sometimes people wish leadership would step up...other times leadership wishes people would step up. This book is more than an outline to a leadership seminar given by Stephen Hample. Very often in church "the few do the most". We believe every church has the right number of gifted people to do exactly what God wants that church to do. Sintolerance

Growing up in the 60's through 80's I had heard multiple evangelists come to our church and preach on the "end times". I was fascinated as they spoke prophetically of how the world would change...how the church would start to fall away. We were challenged to watch for the signs...prepare for Christ to return. Unfazed

What does it take to make you care...about anything? This lesson outline gives us a step by step way to bring us back to our need to care. The lesson covers passages in Romans on being dead to sin and alive in Christ to lukewarm from Revelation, the sheep and goats from Matthew and our need to be Watchmen from Ezekial. God is Greater Than

Whether you're the WHO AM I, ME or Gen-X generation or whether we are looking for "the answers" or a "rescue from it all" we have to admit we are all searching for something or someone greater. No matter how cocky or confident we try to appear we know there is more to life than us...and we thank God for that. Life is Not a Game Show

This lesson comes after watching a lot of late night BUZZR TV. I am watching classic game shows and thinking whatever happened to these people and their "BIG WINS"? Did the prizes change their lives and for how long? As I thought on that I wonder how many of us think of our Christian walk as a game show? We temporarily enjoy the "prize" or salvation and it soon fades to a memory. Do we know that others are searching for answers to life's questions and WE have them? (more description on link)

Seeing the Bigger Picture

You would think if we put a BIG picture next to a SMALL picture your attention would go to the bigger one. BUT what if YOU'RE the one in the smaller picture…we might dwell on that image (like we would, a mirror). If we did that, we might miss the greater good GOD has for us. God sees our life as a whole, we see in part. Maybe it's time we took our eyes off ourselves and looked to Christ…we might be surprised at what we'll see…and what OTHERS might see through us, instead of us.

Knowing God's Will

Everyone at some point wants to know what lies ahead. For Christians we say we are seeking "God's Will". Why are so many still frustrated trying to figure it out? Maybe it's not so difficult. Maybe we're approaching the whole thing in the wrong way. Maybe God is showing us His will and we are just not seeing it because we are looking in the wrong places. Walls

In our churches we have all kinds of people. There are those who DO, those who DON'T Do, those who BUILD UP and those that TEAR DOWN. Sometimes its hard to tell who's who...sometimes its obvious. However, we are all part of the body of Christ and are meant to work together. This message brings all this to the forefront. Let's see what we need to do to work together to build up the body. Game Over or Game On

This series is great for gamer teens. Taking something they love and adding spiritual application seemed to make this a winning series. Its often hard to think of things "spiritual" as REAL LIFE...its also sometimes hard for kids to distinguish video games from reality. Bringing in such game characters like Mario and the soldiers from Halo toss in old school PONG as well as some iPhone apps mixed in made it more fun to teach the kids. (more description on link)
